After years of being overly vocal to Facebook about my life’s journey, I’ve decided to shut the hell up [on social media] and write a blog [on just regular…media].
My name is Anthony. I live in Utah, where the great outdoors meets Silicone Slopes. I enjoy playing music with my friends and family, writing things, and working on cars.
I wrote my first blog in 2015. After that, I ditched it because I didn’t know “how to internet” very well. Gotta love how we “millennials” turn nouns into verbs.
I suppose I did alright, considering I was active LDS and new to the world of blogging. I guess I dropped it because there were so many others talking about the same things, that I felt like my ideas would slip into a stormy sea of conflicting opinions, like scuttling a ship in a hurricane because you thought the water would be safer.

I don’t think I had any idea of what was coming my way in life. I also don’t think I had any idea of what a blog was supposed to be like. But I wish to honor where I came from, because without it, I wouldn’t have arrived here, where I am now.
I picked up blogging again because I need a creative outlet. I’ve been working at jobs that don’t challenge me too much mentally, and I am going crazy. But, if I got a job at my mental level, I would be too tired to share the important things in life. Se la vie. This is the best compromise.
